SharePoint error: Sorry, we can’t sync this folder You're already syncing a shortcut to a folder from this shared library – solved

Right click the OneDrive icon on your task bar (blue cloud icon):

Go to settings/account and press unlink this PC:

Delete the SharePoint folder

Now go to SharePoint folder on the web. Press sync. OneDrive will ask you to sigh in again and after that the sync will work properly.
